First of all, IT DOESN'T SMELL LIKE EVERY OTHER NAIL SALON! They are VERY well ventilated! I was greeted by everyone, even if they were working with a client! All three of them actually listened to what i wanted for myself (full gel builder), my son (manicure), and my 3yr old granddaughter (nails & design). Everything was absolutely PERFECT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
